I never got a receipt / thank-you email / log-in details

If you have not received an e-mail from Nanacast with  your log-in details / subscription information.  You likely mistyped your email address when initially purchasing (this does not have to be your paypal email).  Please submit a help ticket with the desired email address you would like your account associated with. 

We can then modify your email address and you will receive your confirmation/subscription details.
