In order to streamline support requests and better serve you, we utilize a support ticket system.
Every support request is assigned a unique ticket number which you can use to track the progress and responses online.
For your reference we provide complete archives and history of all your support requests.
A valid email address is required.
Our support desk hours are 9AM to 4PM (Canada Eastern Time) Monday through Friday.
If you submit a ticket or have any problem during the weekend, please wait until Monday morning for your response.

and you can get an immediate response to your request if it's been answered before!
